Meints Family Projects

The Meints family have been very supportive of the Firestorm Mosaic project and are also very involved in their church.  It was a pleasure to make them these two pieces using their broken treasures.

Firestorm Mosaic Workshop @ Sebastopol Center for the Arts

On the weekend of June 2nd & 3rd 2018 the Sebastopol Center for the Arts generously donated their space for Chantal Vogel and myself, Tawnya Lively, to host a workshop and help fire survivors make art from their broken treasures.

Thank you to the Ceramic Tile Center for providing materials and to the Firestorm Mosaics GoFund me donors!

Additionally, there was a bit of press buzz about this workshop in the Sonoma West News & Times!
